Wether you need a small warehouse for rent or a medium warehouse for lease, Wright Business Centre offers quality, well-maintained bays for rent in the Foothills Industrial Park. We are zoned general light industrial and have 270 to 2,400 square feet warehouse, commercial or industrial bays.

Rental rate is fixed. 

Includes:
- Snow removal  and yard maintenance.
- Some garbage priviledges

- Common area costs that are fixed. Therefore no surprise bills at the end of the year.

The Tenant is responsible for their own utilities . Tenant is required to contact the utility companies and have the accounts placed into their name. 

Variable Lease options are available.
We require a security deposit plus the first months rent prior to occupancy.
There are a minimum of two telephone lines pre-wired from the main telephone room to your unit.
All Bay's have some designated parking  stalls.
